By purchasing any of the job posting packages on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These packages are designed to allow employers to post jobs within a specific quota, and once the quota is used up, additional packages must be purchased to continue posting.
2. Package Details
We offer four job posting packages, each with distinct features:
- Basic Package: $9.99
- Post up to 1 job listings
- 30-day visibility for each job listing
- Ideal for small-scale or occasional hiring needs
- Preferred Package: $49.99
- Featured job listings
- Post up to 10 job listings
- 45 -day visibility for each job listing
- Advanced Package: $59.99
- Urgent and featured job listings
- Post up to 20 job listings
- Extended duration of 60 days for each job listing
- Urgent Package: $14.99
- Post up to 1 urgent and featured job listings
- 30-day visibility for each job listing
3. Quota System
- Each package comes with a predefined job posting quota (number of jobs you can post). Once you have used your quota, you will be required to purchase another package to continue posting jobs.
- No rollover: Unused job listings within a package’s validity period will not roll over to a new package.
4. No Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds once a package is purchased.
- If you delete your account with unused job posts remaining in your quota, you will lose access to any remaining posts, and no refunds or credits will be given.
5. Account Deletion and Quota Forfeiture
- Should you choose to delete your account before using up your quota, any remaining job posts in your package will be forfeited. We do not provide compensation, refunds, or transfers of unused posts.
6. Payments
- Payments for all job posting packages are securely processed via WooCommerce.
- Payment methods accepted include major credit and debit cards and other supported payment gateways available through WooCommerce.
7. Feature Inclusions
- Featured Listings: Jobs marked as “featured” will receive priority visibility on our platform and may appear at the top of search results.
- Urgent Listings: Jobs marked as “urgent” will be highlighted and displayed prominently to attract more attention from potential candidates.
8. Modification of Packages
- We reserve the right to modify the prices, features, and availability of the packages at any time. However, any changes will not affect packages that have already been purchased.
9. Compliance
- All job listings must comply with our platform’s guidelines. Listings that violate our terms, including discriminatory or inappropriate content, may be removed without notice, and no refunds will be provided.
10. Platform Responsibility
- While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly, we do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted access to the platform. We shall not be held liable for any issues affecting job visibility or performance due to technical problems.
11. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform if you violate any of our terms or policies. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
