Personal Support Worker (PSW) - Home Care Visits

Provide respectful personal support for clients in the community. Duties may include assistance with daily living, safe transfers, companionship, light meal support, documentation, and reporting changes in client condition. PSW certificate, strong communication, reliability, and a caring approach are preferred. Vehicle access may be helpful depending on the route.
