5. Email Verification and Login Links

These links may contain secure tokens that expire after a limited time. You should not share verification or login links with anyone else.
6. Employer Verification
To help protect job seekers and improve trust, employer accounts may require admin verification before they can publish job postings. We may review employer-submitted information to decide whether an employer account or job posting should be approved, rejected, suspended, or removed.
7. Payments
Employers may pay a fixed job posting fee to submit or publish job postings. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.
HireHealthcare.ca does not store full credit card numbers or full payment card details on our website server. Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and security standards.
8. Public Job Posting Information
Approved job postings are intended to be publicly visible. Information submitted in job postings, such as employer name, facility name, job title, city, province, job description, pay range, application email, or application link, may be displayed publicly on HireHealthcare.ca.
Employers should not include confidential information, personal information about others, or sensitive internal business information in public job postings.

We do not sell job seeker email addresses or employer contact information.
