Terms of Use
Effective Date: July 29, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HireHealthcare.ca, including job alerts, employer accounts, job postings, payment features, email notifications, and related services. By using this website, subscribing to job alerts, creating an employer account, submitting a job, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use HireHealthcare.ca.
1. About HireHealthcare.ca
HireHealthcare.ca is a healthcare job posting and job alert platform focused on helping job seekers find PSW, RPN, and RN opportunities and helping healthcare employers post verified job listings.
The platform is designed to keep the process simple: job seekers subscribe to free email alerts, employers submit job postings, approved jobs are published, and matching subscribers may receive email notifications.
2. Not an Employer, Recruiter, or Hiring Decision Maker
HireHealthcare.ca provides a technology platform for job postings and job alerts. We are not the employer for jobs posted on the website, and we do not make hiring decisions, conduct interviews, verify professional licenses, negotiate employment terms, or guarantee employment.
Employers are responsible for their own recruitment, screening, interviews, hiring decisions, workplace conditions, compensation, employment contracts, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Job Seeker Use
Job seekers may subscribe to free job alerts by providing an email address and selecting their preferred province, city/place, and job category, such as PSW, RPN, or RN.
Job seekers agree to:
- Provide accurate subscription information
- Use only an email address they are authorized to use
- Verify their email address when requested
- Review job postings carefully before applying
- Contact employers directly using the application email or link shown on the job posting
- Use the unsubscribe option if they no longer want job alerts
Job seekers do not need a password to receive alerts. HireHealthcare.ca may use email verification links and unsubscribe links to manage subscriptions.
4. Job Alerts and Email Notifications
Job alert emails may be sent when a job posting appears to match a subscriber’s selected province, city/place, and job category. Matching is based on information submitted by job seekers and employers.
HireHealthcare.ca does not guarantee that every job alert will be perfectly matched, available, accurate, suitable, or still open when viewed. Job seekers are responsible for reviewing each job posting and confirming details directly with the employer.
Every job alert email should include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribe requests may be processed according to applicable email and anti-spam rules.
5. Employer Accounts
Employers may create an account to submit job postings. Employer accounts may require email verification and admin approval before jobs can be published or before full employer features are available.
Employers agree to:
- Provide accurate business and contact information
- Use only a business or authorized email address
- Post only legitimate healthcare employment opportunities
- Keep job details accurate and updated
- Respond honestly to applicants
- Comply with employment, human rights, privacy, anti-spam, advertising, and payment laws
- Not post misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful job listings
6. Email Login Links
Employers may access their dashboard through secure email login links instead of passwords. These links may contain secure tokens and may expire after a limited time.
Employers are responsible for keeping their email account secure. Anyone with access to an employer’s email inbox may be able to access employer login links. Employers should not forward or share login links unless they are intentionally giving access to an authorized person.
7. Employer Verification
To improve trust and reduce misuse, HireHealthcare.ca may review employer accounts before approving them. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove employer accounts at our discretion.
Verification does not mean HireHealthcare.ca guarantees an employer’s identity, licensing, financial status, workplace conditions, job quality, or hiring practices. Job seekers should still use their own judgment and verify details before applying, accepting interviews, or accepting work.
8. Job Posting Rules
Employers must ensure job postings are accurate, professional, and lawful. Job postings must not:
- Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Advertise jobs that do not exist
- Misrepresent pay, location, duties, employer identity, or employment type
- Request inappropriate personal information from applicants
- Contain discriminatory or unlawful requirements
- Promote unsafe, illegal, or unrelated activities
- Contain spam, malware, tracking abuse, or suspicious links
- Copy content from another employer without permission
HireHealthcare.ca may edit formatting, reject, pause, expire, or remove job postings that appear incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, low quality, expired, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
9. Paid Job Postings and Validity
Employers may be required to pay a fixed fee to submit or publish a job posting. Unless otherwise stated, a paid job listing is valid for up to 30 days from activation or approval.
A job may expire automatically after its validity period. Jobs may also be removed earlier if they violate these Terms, appear suspicious, receive complaints, become inactive, or are removed by admin.
Payment does not guarantee approval, publication, ranking, job seeker response, applications, interviews, hires, or business results. Admin approval is required before a paid job becomes active.
10. Payments, Refunds, and Failed Payments
Payments may be processed through a third-party payment processor, such as Stripe. Employers must provide accurate payment information and agree to any applicable payment processor terms.
HireHealthcare.ca reviews paid job postings before publication. We may deny, reject, pause, or remove jobs that appear to be fake, spam, unauthorized, misleading, copied from third-party job websites, posted by third-party platforms mainly gathering resumes, unrelated to healthcare hiring, low quality, suspicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
If a paid job posting is denied by admin before it is published because of fake content, spam, unauthorized posting, third-party reposting, resume-collection platform activity, misleading details, or similar quality and trust concerns, only 90% of the job posting payment is refundable. The remaining 10% is retained as an admin review, payment handling, and processing fee. Admin approval or denial is based on HireHealthcare.ca’s review and decision.
Unless required by law or approved by HireHealthcare.ca, job posting payments are generally non-refundable once a job has been approved, activated, published, emailed to matching subscribers, or otherwise used through the platform.
HireHealthcare.ca may refuse, cancel, or refund a payment at its discretion. If a payment fails, is reversed, disputed, charged back, or appears fraudulent, the related employer account or job posting may be suspended or removed.
11. Admin Approval and Moderation
HireHealthcare.ca may manually review employer accounts, job postings, payments, email activity, and reports. We may take action to protect the platform, job seekers, employers, and website users.
Admin actions may include approving, rejecting, editing, pausing, expiring, deleting, or limiting accounts and job postings. We are not required to publish every submitted job.
12. Application Process
When job seekers click “Apply,” they may be directed to an employer email address, external application page, or employer website. Applications are handled directly by the employer or the employer’s selected application system.
HireHealthcare.ca is not responsible for application forms, employer websites, interviews, background checks, credential checks, hiring decisions, job offers, employment contracts, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, working conditions, or termination decisions.
13. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep the website useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current, available, or error-free. Job details are primarily provided by employers.
Users should independently verify important information before making decisions, including job location, duties, pay, benefits, required credentials, licensing requirements, shifts, workplace conditions, and employer identity.
14. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to access accounts, admin areas, databases, or systems without authorization
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
- Interfere with website security, email delivery, payment systems, or normal operation
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
- Scrape, copy, or harvest website data without permission
- Use HireHealthcare.ca in a way that damages the platform’s reputation or operation
15. Intellectual Property
HireHealthcare.ca, including its name, logo, design, layout, text, graphics, code, and platform features, may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse website materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
Employers retain responsibility for the content they submit, but grant HireHealthcare.ca permission to display, format, distribute, email, promote, and use job posting content for operating the platform.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, employer websites, and external application pages.
HireHealthcare.ca is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies, availability, security, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
17. Privacy

18. Email Consent
By subscribing to job alerts, verifying your email, registering as an employer, or requesting a login link, you agree to receive emails needed to operate the service. These may include verification emails, job alerts, login links, payment emails, account notices, and administrative messages.
Job seekers may unsubscribe from job alerts. Some transactional or service-related emails may still be sent when needed to operate the website or manage accounts, postings, payments, and security.
19. Availability and Changes
HireHealthcare.ca may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may change features, pricing, job validity periods, approval rules, email settings, or platform workflows.
We are not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, email delivery delays, technical issues, payment processor issues, hosting issues, data loss, or third-party service failures.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
HireHealthcare.ca is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and security.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HireHealthcare.ca and its owners, operators, administrators, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, lost business, reputational harm, employment disputes, hiring outcomes, or application results.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount paid by the employer for the specific job posting related to the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
22. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HireHealthcare.ca and its owners, operators, administrators, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your job postings, your applications, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
23. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to HireHealthcare.ca at any time if we believe a user, employer, job posting, payment, email activity, or account violates these Terms, creates risk, causes complaints, appears fraudulent, or harms the platform.
24. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, unless another jurisdiction is required by law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of HireHealthcare.ca after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
