RPN - Community Visit Nursing

Provide practical nursing support during community visits. Responsibilities may include care planning support, medication and treatment tasks within scope, wound care, documentation, client teaching, and coordination with families and care teams. Active RPN registration and comfort working independently in the community are preferred.
